Perimasali Cave Hotel is the first of the projects that Salih Birbilen – the promoter and the operator of the hotel – created in order to preserve the culture of Sinasos and to be able to pass it on to future generations. The main aim is to convert these designs into an architectural monument over a period of time. Salih Birbilen brought over ten years of experience of tourism to this historical Cappadocia town.
